The below policy is made to provide information to the Client how and when to expect the paid services are proceeded:

• Working days are Monday to Sunday excluding the public holiday in UAE.
• Services commence next working upon receipt issuance client providing required documents and will be proceeded during the agreed period.
• When the services include application to any third party, neither we nor any third party provide any warranty or grantee to be approve the application.
• Any information on bact.ae might contain mistakes, errors or inaccuracies, we expressly exclude liability for any such errors, inaccuracies or mistakes to the maximum extent allowed by law.
• Any amendment \ amendments to client’s instruction needs a written consent from bact.ae and can be subject to extra fees and charges.
• The client understands that bact.ae’s policy might changed from time to time and client is fully aware to keep himself acknowledged to such differences.
• All services on bact.ae can be provided to the client to client’s legal representative only.
